Meet Michele

With over 30 years of experience in the finance industry, I work one-on-one with clients to create strategies that actually fit their lives. From budgeting, getting out of debt and saving wisely towards big purchases or investing for retirement, my goal is simple: help you gain confidence, reduce stress, and achieve financial freedom.

 

I also provide reliable, detail‑driven bookkeeping services designed to help small businesses, and nonprofits stay financially organized and confident. My background includes extensive financial reporting, and hands‑on management of accounting systems. I currently support a small nonprofit using QuickBooks and recently earned my QuickBooks certification, ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient bookkeeping. I’m committed to delivering clarity, consistency, and peace of mind through every financial record I manage.

My formal background is in finance with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance/Corporate Management and a MBA with a focus in Finance. I have owned and operated small businesses for over 15 years.  And recently took early retirement from a career in corporate finance with a Fortune 500 company.  I now focus my time helping others achieve financial success where I leverage my finance knowledge, as well as my certification from Dave Ramsey's Financial Coach Master Training Program.

I am based in Hertford, North Carolina, where I live with my Husband and high school sweetheart, Tom.  We have two adult children. Outside of coaching, I enjoy reading the Bible, hiking, and gardening. Guided by faith, I believe coaching is my God-given calling and I am passionate about helping others achieve peace and purpose through financial confidence.

If you're local to the area, I can do in person coaching, but the majority of my sessions are held through Zoom.
